By using Careganize you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully, especially the medical disclaimer.
1. Not medical advice
Careganize is a caregiver organization and coordination tool — it helps you record, organize, and share caregiving information. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice or treatment, and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow the guidance of qualified clinicians. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in this app.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions made using it. Careganize does not verify medications, dosages, interactions, or schedules. Confirm all health decisions with a licensed professional.
3. Acceptable use
Use Careganize only for lawful, personal caregiving purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to store information you are not authorized to keep.
4. Subscriptions
Careganize Plus is an optional, auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Deleting your Careganize account does not cancel a subscription — cancellation is handled through Apple. If you have an active eligible purchase, you can use Restore Purchases in Careganize to re-sync it with your Apple ID.
5. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and must be made through Apple, as we cannot process App Store refunds directly.
6. No warranty
Careganize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of Careganize.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
